What you will do

• Organize and manage key client projects, ensuring high quality, on-time delivery, and budget adherence.
• Lead the analysis phase, develop project plans, and create detailed requirements specifications.
• Estimate budgets and coordinate the allocation of internal resources and third-party vendors.
• Minimize administrative overhead for configurators and developers to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders while motivating the internal delivery team.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with Braze, Adobe Experience Platform, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Proven experience managing and implementing projects within CRM or marketing automation.
• Technical understanding of data modelling, service-oriented architectures, and layered architectures.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and/or Kanban.
• Strong communication skills to effectively translate business language into technical specifications.
• Location: Must be based in London, UK
