What you will do

• Develop and execute regional market strategies to meet growth objectives in the EMEA region.
• Design and market integrated offerings by leveraging advisory, digital, and engineering capabilities.
• Direct pursuit teams to support deal strategy, positioning, and value articulation for complex engagements.
• Lead high-level strategic client discussions regarding transformation and long-term investment planning.
• Mentor junior strategists and consultants to scale high-performing teams and improve overall skill levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 10+ years of experience in a consulting, strategy, or professional services environment.
• Proven track record in business development and market activation.
• Experience managing or supporting multiple concurrent strategic initiatives.
• Proficient technical knowledge in target industries such as power, gas, fuels, chemicals, or water.

Nice to have

• Master’s Degree.
• Understanding of techno-commercial consulting in South East Asian countries (Philippines, Indonesia) or the Middle East.
• Strong business acumen and comfort interacting with senior executive management.
• Ability to effectively deal with ambiguity and a commitment to continual learning.
