What you will do

• Lead the design of large-scale water and wastewater infrastructure projects from conceptual and bid phases through completion.
• Develop technical reports, memos, detailed designs, specifications, and contract documents.
• Manage project schedules and budgets while overseeing sub-consultants.
• Coordinate with internal and external team members to align project deliverables with client interests.
• Support business development by writing technical approaches and scopes of work for client presentations.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to early-career engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience.
• Licensed PE or active pursuit of professional engineering registration.
• Thorough understanding of water and wastewater design, including infrastructure, conveyance, and pump stations.
• Ability to lead portions of complex projects with guidance and mentorship.
