Salary: $137,712 - $234,108

What you will do

• Lead business development efforts, including marketing, strategy, and proposal preparation for water infrastructure opportunities.
• Manage the successful delivery of multi-million dollar water-related infrastructure projects.
• Develop market business plans and client engagement strategies to expand the company's market footprint.
• Oversee engineering managers and ensure project performance goals are implemented and met.
• Perform commercial management of projects, including budgeting, invoicing, and performance reviews.
• Mentor and coach staff to drive professional growth and performance improvement.

Requirements

• 15+ years of active water/wastewater experience with demonstrated leadership in the Portland market.
• Professional Engineering License and a Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline.
• Strong understanding of budgets, financial metrics, and contract negotiation.
• Must be based in the USA to support local collaborative teams.
