What you will do

• Lead business development efforts including proposal preparation, client presentations, and contract negotiations.
• Manage the overall performance, budgeting, and commercial aspects of water-related infrastructure projects.
• Provide oversight for engineering managers and internal project teams to ensure successful project implementation.
• Develop and execute market business plans and client engagement strategies to expand the company footprint.
• Mentor and coach team members while identifying new talent to support team growth.
• Act as a primary point of contact for assigned clients and represent the company in community activities.

Requirements

• 15+ years of active water/wastewater experience with demonstrated leadership in the Florida market.
• Professional Engineering License and a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
• Strong understanding of project budgets, financial metrics, and contract negotiation.
• Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding including background checks and drug screens.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship available).
