What you will do

• Lead significant portions of water and wastewater facility projects through design, construction, and startup phases.
• Develop technical reports, memos, detailed designs, and contract specifications.
• Coordinate with internal and external team members to ensure project quality and alignment with client interests.
• Assist in managing project schedules, budgets, and sub-consultant relationships.
• Support business development by preparing technical approaches and proposals.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to early-career engineering professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 1 year of related work experience.
• Thorough understanding of water and wastewater design, including infrastructure, conveyance, and pump stations.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (Visa sponsorship is not available).
• Professional Engineering (PE) license or active pursuit of registration is preferred.
• Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding, including background checks and drug screening.
