Project Engineering Manager (Water/Wastewater)

What you will do

• Lead multi-discipline teams of engineers and technicians on high-profile municipal water projects.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality requirements across multiple disciplines.
• Supervise, mentor, and manage the performance of assigned engineering personnel.
• Identify client interests and develop solutions to address project concerns.
• Prepare complex engineering deliverables, calculations, and equipment recommendations.
• Coordinate project activities and serve as the responsible charge for engineering deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience.
• Active engineering registration or licensure to support Engineer of Record (EOR) requirements.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (Visa sponsorship not available).
• Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding including background checks and drug screening.

Nice to have

• Previous engineering consulting experience.
• Experience executing multi-discipline WTP and WWTP upgrades and expansion projects.
