What you will do

• Lead and manage multiple account teams, ensuring scientific integrity and executional excellence across all client accounts.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, developing strong relationships and identifying opportunities for organic account growth.
• Oversee project execution to ensure deliverables are high-quality, on time, and within budget.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance for their professional career growth.
• Manage account financials, including the development of realistic forecasts and ensuring profitability.
• Collaborate with scientific, editorial, and creative teams to deliver integrated healthcare solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Account Manager in medical communications.
• 2-3 years of specific experience within the medical education domain.
• Proven track record of leading teams, managing client relationships, and driving new business.
• Working knowledge of promotional and CME activities.
• Must be based in New York, NY or Stamford, CT to comply with the hybrid work model.
