Salary: $125,000 – $150,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end project and program management for integrated, multi-phased marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate intake, triage, and prioritization of new project requests with Marketing leadership.
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders to align timelines, dependencies, and tradeoffs using Asana.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and process gaps to drive resolution plans.
• Develop and maintain project documentation and operational standards to improve execution quality.
• Implement AI tools to enhance efficiency in planning, documentation, and workflow execution.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in project/program management and marketing operations.
• Proven track record of independently leading complex, cross-functional projects from kickoff to delivery.
• Deep knowledge of creative and marketing workflows, including production and launch coordination.
• Proficiency with Asana or similar project management software.
• Must be based in the United States (excluding high-cost Zone D markets).

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, tech, or highly regulated industries.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience with traffic coordination models and asset roadmaps.
