What you will do

• Develop and execute global commodity strategies for InP wafer fabrication and related technologies.
• Lead commercial engagements and act as the primary point of contact for strategic InP foundry partners.
• Establish supplier governance frameworks, including business reviews and performance management.
• Drive supplier accountability for quality, delivery, capacity, and technology development commitments.
• Lead sourcing decisions, supplier selection processes, and contract negotiations.
• Align supplier capabilities with internal product roadmaps, NPI requirements, and long-term technology strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in semiconductor sourcing, commodity management, supplier management, or foundry management.
• Experience working with Indium Phosphide (InP), photonics, optical components, or advanced semiconductor technologies.
• Proven experience negotiating commercial agreements and managing strategic supplier relationships.
• Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) and technology development programs.
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and foundry business models.

• MBA, Master’s degree, or PhD.
