What you will do
- Develop and execute global commodity strategies for InP wafer fabrication and related technologies.
- Lead commercial engagements and act as the primary point of contact for strategic InP foundry partners.
- Establish supplier governance frameworks, including business reviews and performance management.
- Drive supplier accountability for quality, delivery, capacity, and technology development commitments.
- Lead sourcing decisions, supplier selection processes, and contract negotiations.
- Align supplier capabilities with internal product roadmaps, NPI requirements, and long-term technology strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in semiconductor sourcing, commodity management, supplier management, or foundry management.
- Experience working with Indium Phosphide (InP), photonics, optical components, or advanced semiconductor technologies.
- Proven experience negotiating commercial agreements and managing strategic supplier relationships.
- Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) and technology development programs.
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and foundry business models.
