Salary: $91,060–$128,560 USD

What you will do
- Translate market dynamics and business requirements into actionable supply chain and risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate material acquisition for NPI programs and ensure seamless transitions to HVM.
- Collaborate with suppliers to execute contracts, evaluate performance, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Partner with engineering and manufacturing teams to define demand and raw material requirements.
- Analyze operational data to design solutions and improve efficiency across the organization.
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure on-time delivery and resolve material escalations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience (Bachelor’s) or 2+ years (Master’s).
- 1+ years of experience managing complex supplier relationships and operational strategies.
- 1+ years of experience with SAP or similar procurement tools.
- Must be eligible to work in the US without immigration sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in business ligence tools like Excel and Power BI.
- Experience with AI and advanced analytics for process optimization.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
