What you will do

• Develop and implement innovative commodity strategies aligned with hirify.global's business objectives and technology roadmaps.
• Manage supplier relationships to drive collaboration and improve cost, quality, and availability.
• Conduct industry and market analysis to identify opportunities and address supply chain needs.
• Negotiate and execute contracts while adhering to procurement policies.
• Collaborate with finance and legal teams to resolve commercial and contractual challenges.
• Drive supplier sustainability and regulatory compliance initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of experience or Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• 1+ years of experience in supplier relationship management, contract negotiation, or risk mitigation.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; this position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
• Ability to work on-site in Phoenix, Arizona.

• Familiarity with global supply chain methodologies and forecast capacity planning.
• Experience leading supplier escalations and resolving constraints via task force initiatives.
