What you will do

• Translate manufacturing and market dynamics into actionable strategies for BoM risk assessment and inventory optimization.
• Coordinate material acquisition for New Product Introduction (NPI) to ensure a seamless transition to High Volume Manufacturing (HVM).
• Manage supplier performance, cost opportunities, and contractual requirements to achieve on-time delivery and cycle time goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and supply chain teams to define demand and influence component selection.
• Lead a team of supply chain professionals to implement cost-effective procurement and balance supply with demand.
• Design and implement new standards and automated processes to transform procurement operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Manufacturing/Planning and Supply Chain.
• 8+ years of experience in supply chain commercial and procurement roles.
• Proven experience with startup greenfield exposure.
• Strong expertise in stakeholder and communication management.
• Proficiency in strategy, planning, and risk management for supply chain operations.
