Location: Hybrid (Lincoln, NE). Standard schedule is a 24/16 hour in-office/remote split for those within 30 miles of the office.

Salary: $47,000–$65,000 Annually

What you will do

• Identify, triage, and resolve Tier 1 issues related to systems, processes, and business support.
• Review and evaluate business systems to translate requirements into detailed functional specifications and work plans.
• Create and maintain documentation for system functionality, processes, and procedures.
• Manage multiple competing priorities while consistently meeting deadlines for the Consumer Loans team.
• Collaborate with leadership and analysts to resolve routine and recurring system issues.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to drive departmental improvements and support training efforts.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in an analytical, technical, or project management position.
• Must be based in or near Lincoln, NE to accommodate the hybrid work model.
• 4-year college degree preferred.
• Experience with SQL and database concepts is preferred.
• Experience with report writing tools, specifically Crystal reports (Business Objects), is preferred.
