TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (Cary, NC; Lincoln, NE; Austin, TX; Charlotte, NC). Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship provided)

What you will do

  • Implement and configure Relationship Pricing integrations with CRM and LOS platforms like Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Lead in-depth discovery sessions to fully understand clients' current workflows and user experience.
  • Partner with bank technical teams to successfully install and configure system integrations.
  • Perform quality assurance checkpoints to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Provide Level 2 and 3 support for integration-related issues.
  • Educate clients and prospects on integration options, implementation processes, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).
  • Configuration and deployment experience with Web Services.
  • Fluent written and oral communication in English.
  • Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and analytical skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience working on the setup/Admin side of the Force.com (Salesforce) Platform.
  • Experience with Python and other scripting languages.
  • Background in Financial Services and Enterprise Software.
