Associate Software Implementation Analyst

What you will do

• Host remote client meetings to determine business objectives for project implementations.
• Create and review configuration documentation and complete client software setup.
• Configure and test system interfaces for integration with HR, payroll, or accounting systems.
• Provide tailored training to new clients on software usage.
• Document and update configuration changes and open issues.
• Collaborate with team members and mentors to meet project deadlines and optimize client systems.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work remotely within the United States
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
• Experience or preference in system integration, HR, accounting, technical support, or training.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Experience with SQL or FoxPro databases.
