Systems Analyst

TL;DR

Systems Analyst: Managing IT infrastructure and providing technical support for small- to mid-sized businesses with an accent on server administration, networking, and security tasks. Focus on resolving escalated support tickets, deploying hardware solutions, and ensuring high-quality service delivery for clients in the Seattle area.

Location: Must reside in the greater Seattle area and be willing to travel onsite to client locations in Seattle and surrounding areas at least two days per week.

Salary: $30–$35/hour plus quarterly bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Handle escalated support tickets, including break/fix issues and user-level configurations.
• Contribute to server administration, networking, and security tasks, including Hyper-V host setup and firewall deployment.
• Provide onsite support for networking and server deployments at client locations.
• Document, monitor, and escalate tickets using the PSA system to ensure accurate records.
• Maintain and update the documentation platform for procedures and client configurations.
• Collaborate with the technical team to deliver exceptional service and mentor Level One technicians.

Requirements

• Must reside in the greater Seattle area.
• CompTIA A+ and/or Network+ certification required (or must be obtained after employment).
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, and Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.
• Working knowledge of SonicWall firewalls, Datto networking, and core networking concepts.
• Ability to lift and transport equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation required for onsite client visits.

Nice to have

• MD-102 certification.
• Experience with Autotask PSA.
• Knowledge of Azure, AWS, and Datto BCDR/SaaS Backup.
