What you will do

• Lead the procurement and estimating process, coordinating bidding procedures and ensuring technical compliance.
• Calculate project safety requirements, training, and PPE costs, as well as JHA risks, into estimates.
• Select and manage subcontractors who meet specific risk management criteria.
• Develop preliminary project schedules and plan estimates for pre-bid meetings.
• Mentor and provide professional development for subordinates through formal training.
• Conduct site visits to compare actual costs with estimates and establish standard cost data.

Requirements

• Four-year construction or engineering degree.
• 5 to 7 years of experience as an Estimator or equivalent technical training in mathematics.
• Specialization in Renewable Construction, focusing on Wind, Solar, and BESS techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, purchase orders, and contracts.
