What you will do

• Analyze invitation-to-bid documents, drawings, and specifications to determine electrical requirements.
• Perform detailed quantity take-offs using digital software like Bluebeam or Accubid.
• Prepare comprehensive cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Solicit, analyze, and level vendor and subcontractor quotes for competitiveness.
• Develop detailed basis of estimate documentation including assumptions and clarifications.
• Collaborate with operations teams on value-engineering and constructability reviews.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Electrical Estimator in the construction industry.
• Proven experience with large-scale commercial or industrial electrical projects.
• Direct experience with data center projects is required.
• Proficiency with electrical estimating software such as Accubid or ConEst.
• Experience with digital take-off tools like Bluebeam Revu.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• In-depth knowledge of primary/secondary power distribution, UPS, and emergency power systems.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret complex construction drawings and RFPs independently.
