Salary: $110,000 – $160,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop standardized cost reporting frameworks for validating base building construction costs.
• Review project scope against demarcation matrices to identify deviations and cost impacts.
• Analyze data center construction costs against market intelligence and parametric benchmarks.
• Track design changes between estimate revisions to report on cost and schedule impacts.
• Coordinate with in-house commodity teams and client stakeholders to align on program costs.
• Prepare high-level ROM estimates to support program planning and annual capex planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of cost management or estimating experience.
• Proven experience in Data Center and Commercial construction projects.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex cost modeling.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in CostX, Bluebeam, Excel, and Accubid software.
• Experience estimating electrical systems (MV and Low voltage).
• Familiarity with Fire Alarm, Security, EPMS, Telecom, and Fiber estimating.
• 2+ years of on-site field experience.
• Industrial experience in sectors like manufacturing or laboratories.
