What you will do

• Manage a book of business, exceeding client expectations through proactive strategy and effective project management.
• Set client strategies pertaining to Human Capital Risks, including benefits, compliance, change management, and communications.
• Lead the employee benefits plan renewal and vendor sourcing process, including RFP preparation and quote analysis.
• Develop and maintain relationships with client stakeholders from executive leadership to support staff.
• Optimize the client service experience, create deliverables, and mentor team members.
• Support business development opportunities and contribute to thought leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, marketing, risk management, or human resources management.
• 5-10 years of industry experience.
• Must be based in Denver, Colorado, US.
• Strong organizational skills and a process-oriented approach.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
