Salary: $45,000 — $100,000 USD

What you will do

• Coordinate day-to-day project tasks and provide essential support to account teams.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, status reports, and meeting recaps.
• Schedule internal and client meetings to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
• Manage interactions and coordinate services with external vendors.
• Utilize client review systems such as Veeva and Zinc to manage projects and feedback.
• Communicate project status updates effectively to internal teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Advertising, Marketing, or Science major preferred).
• 1+ years of experience in health advertising, medical education, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Teams).
• Must be based in or able to commute to New York, NY or Stamford, CT.
