Salary: $45,000 — $100,000 USD

What you will do
- Coordinate day-to-day project tasks and provide essential support to account teams.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, status reports, and meeting recaps.
- Schedule internal and client meetings to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
- Manage interactions and coordinate services with external vendors.
- Utilize client review systems such as Veeva and Zinc to manage projects and feedback.
- Communicate project status updates effectively to internal teams and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Advertising, Marketing, or Science major preferred).
- 1+ years of experience in health advertising, medical education, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Teams).
- Must be based in or able to commute to New York, NY or Stamford, CT.
