What you will do
- Manage daily operations and relationships between clients, brokers, and pharmacy vendors.
- Analyze monthly claims data to identify cost drivers and monitor drug utilization using vendor platforms.
- Develop and deliver quarterly performance reviews and evaluate future integrated solutions.
- Identify cost-effective strategies to manage wasteful spending and control specialty medication costs.
- Lead strategy discussions and present clinical data during onsite or virtual presentations.
- Coordinate and monitor PBM clinical programs and collaborate with vendors to enhance service performance.
Requirements
- Doctorate of Pharmacy degree (PharmD).
- Active licensure as a pharmacist.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa or residency sponsorship.
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills for individual and group environments.
- Ability to analyze, understand, and use statistical report data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
