What you will do

• Process medical insurance claim overpayments, including posting recoveries, adjustments, and offsets.
• Conduct outbound calls to healthcare providers to professionally request payment recovery.
• Validate overpayments based on policy instructions, claim coding details, and client-specific rules.
• Manage outstanding accounts receivable and identify issues with unpaid accounts.
• Maintain a library of validation instructions and audit concepts to improve identification processes.
• Prepare internal and external reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing claim information.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in administration support or data entry.
• High school diploma.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• 1 year of experience in a healthcare claims operations environment.
• College degree in a related field.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
