What you will do

• Provide customer service to internal and external producers and support operational improvements.
• Post incoming cash streams through multiple high-volume bank accounts and maintain accurate receivables data in accounting platforms.
• Handle invoicing, direct billing, and dispute settlement.
• Monitor aged receivables and facilitate collections.
• Reconcile general and subsidiary bank accounts; analyze balance sheets and general ledger accounts.
• Maintain accounting controls and correct errors using adjusting journal entries; prepare reports and support special projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Accounts Receivable experience.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet recurring monthly deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; ISC participates in the Federal E-Verify program.
