Salary: $58,000 - $115,000 / year

What you will do
- Execute ICFR activities including risk assessment, control walkthroughs, and maintenance of ICFR artifacts.
- Perform and review control testing for financial, operational, IT, and compliance risks.
- Collaborate with Internal Audit, Security GRC, Compliance, and AI Governance departments to align on testing and risks.
- Implement and establish best practices for the integration of AI in control testing and evaluate AI use in controls.
- Train business partners on control concepts and propose corrective actions to resolve deficiencies.
- Drive ICFR Program maturity in terms of scope, documentation, and testing approach.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, finance, accounting, or a relevant field.
- 3 to 5 years of auditing and/or controls experience, including previous senior-level experience.
- Professional certification in Accounting, Audit, or Insurance (e.g., CPA, CIA, CFE, CISA).
- Strong communication and data analytics & reporting skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and autonomously.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with AI, GRC tools, and the Google platform.
- Experience in the healthcare or health insurance industry.
