What you will do

• Execute ICFR activities including risk assessment, control walkthroughs, and maintenance of ICFR artifacts.
• Perform and review control testing for financial, operational, IT, and compliance risks.
• Collaborate with Internal Audit, Security GRC, Compliance, and AI Governance departments to align on testing and risks.
• Implement and establish best practices for the integration of AI in control testing and evaluate AI use in controls.
• Train business partners on control concepts and propose corrective actions to resolve deficiencies.
• Drive ICFR Program maturity in terms of scope, documentation, and testing approach.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, finance, accounting, or a relevant field.
• 3 to 5 years of auditing and/or controls experience, including previous senior-level experience.
• Professional certification in Accounting, Audit, or Insurance (e.g., CPA, CIA, CFE, CISA).
• Strong communication and data analytics & reporting skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and autonomously.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with AI, GRC tools, and the Google platform.
• Experience in the healthcare or health insurance industry.
