What you will do

• Build, scale, and lead the Clean Mobility capability on the U.S. East Coast.
• Originate and close opportunities in fleet electrification, charging infrastructure, and depot modernization.
• Serve as executive sponsor for priority clients, building senior-level relationships.
• Provide executive-level technical oversight for fleet transition planning and operational readiness.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing multidisciplinary leadership team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, sustainable infrastructure solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, or Public Policy (advanced degree preferred).
• 15+ years of experience in transportation, energy, or infrastructure consulting.
• Strong focus on fleet electrification or zero-emission programs.
• Proven success in business development and client leadership at the Sr. Director or VP level.
• Deep familiarity with East Coast transit agencies, port authorities, and utilities.
• Excellent executive communication skills for C-suite engagement.

Nice to have

• Professional Engineer (PE) or similar credential.
• Experience leading large, multi-disciplinary teams and complex programs ($50M+ capital programs).
