What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 7–8 Client Success Managers.
  • Drive retention, NRR growth, and expansion strategies within the healthcare portfolio.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Implementation, and Product teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
  • Build trusted relationships with healthcare leaders including VPs and CIOs.
  • Define scalable processes, playbooks, and engagement models for account segments.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and team productivity to ensure data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS revenue leadership.
  • 3+ years of experience leading high-performing teams.
  • Proven track record of driving retention and NRR growth in enterprise and middle-market accounts.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
  • Experience in healthcare technology, hospital operations, or food service is preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
