What you will do

• Develop and steward the clinical data and interoperability strategy, aligning engineering, clinical, and leadership stakeholders.
• Define product requirements for clinical data infrastructure and translate clinical workflow needs into technical specifications.
• Own the EHR integration roadmap, identifying opportunities for tighter integration and driving execution to production.
• Manage enterprise clinical workflow decisions across the entire product development lifecycle.
• Evaluate and guide the responsible use of AI and agentic frameworks in clinical product contexts.
• Partner with clinical operations to ensure product decisions reflect actual clinician workflows.

Requirements

• 8+ years in healthcare technology product management.
• 4+ years of experience in clinical data, EHR integration, or interoperability-focused roles.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Hands-on EHR experience and working knowledge of FHIR R4, HL7 v2/v3, and clinical data standards.
• Experience managing enterprise clinical tooling decisions affecting workflows at scale.
• Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, high-growth environments.
