Salary: $290,000–$340,000 per year.

What you will do
- Drive the healthcare product roadmap across care delivery, health data, and payments platforms.
- Define and execute the multi-year EMR strategy, evolving toward an AI-native system of record.
- Lead the payments platform strategy, including in-house adjudication and payer reconciliation.
- Manage the data platform strategy to support product, engineering, and enterprise analytics.
- Partner with clinical and program leads to deliver measurable outcomes for members.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of product managers at the intersection of tech and healthcare.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in digital healthcare or regulated industries.
- Proven experience building healthcare benefits and provider-facing workflow products.
- Demonstrated success in rolling out AI-native products for large, scaling teams.
- Strong analytical skills to define provider and member needs.
- Experience managing complex roadmaps and cross-functional dependencies.
- Must be based in the US, with ability to travel to hub cities for quarterly collaboration.
