TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the US, with a strong preference for San Francisco, CA, New York, NY, or Seattle, WA. Hybrid model requires quarterly in-person collaboration in these hub cities.

Salary: $290,000–$340,000 per year.

What you will do

  • Drive the healthcare product roadmap across care delivery, health data, and payments platforms.
  • Define and execute the multi-year EMR strategy, evolving toward an AI-native system of record.
  • Lead the payments platform strategy, including in-house adjudication and payer reconciliation.
  • Manage the data platform strategy to support product, engineering, and enterprise analytics.
  • Partner with clinical and program leads to deliver measurable outcomes for members.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of product managers at the intersection of tech and healthcare.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in digital healthcare or regulated industries.
  • Proven experience building healthcare benefits and provider-facing workflow products.
  • Demonstrated success in rolling out AI-native products for large, scaling teams.
  • Strong analytical skills to define provider and member needs.
  • Experience managing complex roadmaps and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Must be based in the US, with ability to travel to hub cities for quarterly collaboration.
