TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the United States. Up to 30% travel required.

What you will do

  • Oversee client success activities and manage the full client lifecycle from implementation to ongoing business reviews.
  • Develop and implement client-specific strategies to maximize revenue and identify cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal operations, sales, and IT teams to ensure service excellence and resolve technical or process issues.
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting packages, highlighting performance metrics and ROI to stakeholders.
  • Manage KPI metrics including customer satisfaction, survey results, and retention goals.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, translating needs into actionable plans and managing expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in account management within the healthcare technology industry, specifically hospital revenue cycle management.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage stressful situations and lead difficult conversations with clients.
  • Must be a self-starter capable of working independently and collaborating across internal departments.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills for presenting analytics and ROI to stakeholders.
