What you will do
- Oversee client success activities and manage the full client lifecycle from implementation to ongoing business reviews.
- Develop and implement client-specific strategies to maximize revenue and identify cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal operations, sales, and IT teams to ensure service excellence and resolve technical or process issues.
- Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting packages, highlighting performance metrics and ROI to stakeholders.
- Manage KPI metrics including customer satisfaction, survey results, and retention goals.
- Act as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, translating needs into actionable plans and managing expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in account management within the healthcare technology industry, specifically hospital revenue cycle management.
- Strong proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office suite.
- Demonstrated ability to manage stressful situations and lead difficult conversations with clients.
- Must be a self-starter capable of working independently and collaborating across internal departments.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills for presenting analytics and ROI to stakeholders.
