What you will do

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating stakeholder needs into functional and technical specifications.
  • Support the design, implementation, and testing of integrations between SARP and PSS systems.
  • Define and validate data flows using Web Services, SOAP, JSON, and APIs.
  • Write and execute SQL queries to investigate data and validate system behavior.
  • Maintain documentation in Confluence and manage tasks in Jira.
  • Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams to ensure requirements are delivered correctly.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis and requirement gathering.
  • Proficiency in Web Services, SOAP, JSON, APIs, and SQL.
  • Strong experience with Jira, Confluence, and Postman.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • English proficiency is required.
  • Experience in the aviation industry is preferred.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to AI tools.
  • Knowledge of aviation industry standards like EDIFACT and Troya.
