Location: Hybrid in Guatemala City (average 4 days per week in office)

What you will do

• Elicit, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders using various analysis methods.
• Analyze existing content management systems and digital experiences to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and collaborate with technical teams on solution design.
• Act as a primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to communicate project status and risks.
• Proactively identify platform opportunities to improve digital experiences and define KPIs to measure success.

Requirements

• Must be based in Guatemala City for the hybrid work model.
• 2+ years of experience in a related field and 1+ years of full lifecycle project experience (Agile preferred).
• Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Strong analytical skills with experience documenting current and future state processes.
• Experience with major web technologies, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree.

Nice to have

• Understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) architecture, including Sites, Assets, and Forms.
• Knowledge of Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.
• Familiarity with AEM development best practices, content modeling, and workflow design.
