What you will do

• Collaborate with development teams throughout the full Software Development Life Cycle in Agile environments
• Analyze and manipulate data using SQL
• Manage stakeholders and communicate requirements effectively
• Work in cross-functional and multicultural teams
• Develop knowledge in KYC business processes within banking/financial sector

Requirements

• At least 5 years experience as Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or Functional Support in IT
• Fluency in English and Portuguese (B2)
• Located in Portugal with Portuguese/EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in Agile and SDLC
• Good SQL knowledge

Nice to have

• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Previous experience in Banking, Financial Services, KYC, or Compliance
