What you will do
- Collaborate with development teams throughout the full Software Development Life Cycle in Agile environments
- Analyze and manipulate data using SQL
- Manage stakeholders and communicate requirements effectively
- Work in cross-functional and multicultural teams
- Develop knowledge in KYC business processes within banking/financial sector
Requirements
- At least 5 years experience as Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or Functional Support in IT
- Fluency in English and Portuguese (B2)
- Located in Portugal with Portuguese/EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in Agile and SDLC
- Good SQL knowledge
Nice to have
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Previous experience in Banking, Financial Services, KYC, or Compliance
