What you will do

• Lead electromechanical manufacturing for ruggedized compute rack assemblies, automotive harnessing, and electromechanical assemblies.
• Drive Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and implementation of production best practices.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and commercial teams to ensure component availability.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers for component builds.
• Coordinate documentation requirements across engineering, test, and quality teams.
• Lead manufacturing troubleshooting, including root cause analysis, yield improvement, and automation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in complex environments.
• Proven track record of managing complex system builds from design to scale production.
• Experience in automotive, heavy industry, or aerospace sectors.
• Hands-on experience with line bring-up, testing, fixture design, and automation.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from Mountain View, CA.
