What you will do

• Manage a varied caseload of high-value personal injury claims worth over £1m.
• Lead litigation strategy from instruction to resolution for complex cases including spinal, brain, and orthopaedic injuries.
• Liaise directly with clients, medical experts, and other stakeholders.
• Progress cases toward settlement or trial.
• Provide guidance and support to junior lawyers to foster team development.

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor with proven experience in serious injury litigation.
• Strong track record of managing complex, high-value claims.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while supporting junior colleagues.
• Client-focused approach with a commitment to achieving outstanding outcomes.
