What you will do

• Assist solicitors with insurance defence litigation caseloads to ensure timely file completion.
• Draft pleadings, review discoverable material, and conduct thorough legal research.
• Analyze quantum evidence, prepare chronologies, and identify anomalies in medical records.
• Compile trial bundles and support witnesses and clients in preparation for trial.
• Instruct counsel and medico-legal experts by drafting briefs and letters of instruction.
• Manage daily tasks and deadlines within the case management system to meet financial targets.

Requirements

• Law Degree required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and research capabilities
• Ability to prioritize work and manage deadlines under pressure
• Proficiency in IT and case management systems
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Belfast
