TL;DR

Location: Hybrid role based in Liverpool

What you will do

  • Manage and take ownership of a caseload consisting of NIHL and other industrial disease claims.
  • Define case strategies and maintain direct communication with clients to improve outcomes.
  • Supervise, mentor, and manage the professional development of assistants.
  • Coordinate with experts and attend conferences with Counsel and clients.
  • Ensure strict adherence to court timetables, MI compliance, and SRA Standards & Regulations.

Requirements

  • Strong technical proficiency in handling NIHL disease claims; experience in other disease matters is an advantage.
  • Proven negotiation skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work under pressure while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Proactive approach to team growth, knowledge sharing, and process improvement.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybridly from Liverpool.
