What you will do
- Develop and execute sales strategies and go-to-market plans to grow revenue from new and former SMB clients.
- Own and manage the SMB P&L, ensuring delivery of revenue and EBITDA targets.
- Build and lead a team accountable for business goals and target achievement.
- Segment SMB clients by needs to define and deliver relevant, affordable data solutions.
- Collaborate with Marcom to generate qualified leads through targeted campaigns.
- Represent the NIQ brand at external events and professional speaking engagements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- At least 7 years of professional experience with a proven track record in sales.
- Strong competency in strategic sales and business development.
- Expertise in managing the full sales process from lead generation to closing.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders up to the C-Suite level.
- Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods, Consultative Sales, or B2B/SaaS Sales.
Nice to have
- Existing knowledge or exposure to NIQ retail measurement data.
- Experience with Sales Tech tools.
- Proficiency in the local language.
