What you will do
- Generate revenue by acquiring new customer accounts and growing existing ones via booth sales, sponsorships, and integrated marketing packages.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase customer share of wallet through cross-selling and up-selling.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with senior-level stakeholders across various regions and cultures.
- Identify market trends and gather customer feedback to inform event and marketing strategies.
- Manage the complete sales pipeline and customer data accurately using Salesforce CRM.
- Act as an informal mentor to Account Executives, sharing industry knowledge and experience.
Requirements
- 12–15 years of experience in B2B sales with a proven ability to overachieve revenue targets.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
- Strong experience managing multiple customer accounts across different regions.
- Proven ability to negotiate effectively and handle customer objections at senior levels.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office tools.
