What you will do

  • Lead the regional Designated Support Engineer (DSE) team to deliver a proactive, advisory-led support model including architectural reviews and risk assessments.
  • Own the regional sales cycle and revenue targets for paid support programs, focusing on attach, expansion, and renewal.
  • Build and maintain executive relationships with strategic customers and internal sales leadership to ensure program alignment.
  • Develop and evolve an AI-native engagement model using AI to anticipate workload risk and scale proactive advisory.
  • Collaborate with reactive support leadership to ensure overall delivery health and streamlined escalation paths for paid accounts.
  • Recruit, coach, and develop a multi-layered organization of engineers and front-line managers.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in enterprise customer-facing roles in cloud, data, or SaaS companies.
  • Proven track record of owning revenue targets tied to attach, expansion, or renewal.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing multi-layered organizations in high-growth environments.
  • Deep knowledge of data warehousing, analytics, AI, and cloud computing.
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams or engagements using AI-native or AI-augmented approaches.
  • Executive-level communication and presence for C-level customer audiences.

Nice to have

  • Experience scaling premium support or TAM programs at hyperscalers (AWS, Google, Microsoft) or enterprise SaaS (Databricks, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Previous internal experience at Snowflake in Solutions Engineering or Architecture.
  • Strong program, project, and process management skills.
