What you will do

  • Execute end-to-end Sales and Upsell reference requests, including advocate identification, matching, and scheduling.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customer advocates across assigned audience segments and verticals.
  • Recruit new customer advocates to strengthen coverage across key products, company sizes, and use cases.
  • Develop customer proof assets, including testimonials, case studies, videos, and customer spotlights.
  • Partner with internal creative and marketing teams to transform customer stories into impactful assets for pipeline generation.
  • Track advocacy metrics in Salesforce and leverage AI tools to streamline manual workflows and increase efficiency.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in customer marketing, customer advocacy, customer success, or account management.
  • Must be based in Ontario, Canada.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to establish trust with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with Salesforce, Google Workspace, Slack, and Confluence.
  • Ability to identify compelling customer stories and translate business outcomes into impactful proof.
