What you will do

• Develop customer marketing content including written case studies, executive narratives, testimonials, and blog posts.
• Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to capture stories demonstrating measurable business outcomes and transformation.
• Recruit and coordinate customer advocates for events, webinars, analyst engagements, and product launches.
• Deploy customer proof points across campaigns, sales enablement, and corporate communications.
• Manage end-to-end execution of customer marketing initiatives, including project planning and legal reviews.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to improve content development, research, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customer marketing, content marketing, advocacy, or B2B communications.
• Proven ability to translate complex business and technical concepts into compelling narratives.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Strong relationship-building skills with customers, executives, and sales teams.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Demonstrated ability to incorporate AI-powered tools into daily professional workflows.
