Location: Must be based in or able to work from Oakville, Toronto, or Waterloo, Ontario (Hybrid)
Salary: $104,000–$130,000 CAD

What you will do
- Partner with the Senior Marketing Automation Manager to shape Marketo strategy, roadmap, and governance.
- Design and optimize lead scoring models to accurately reflect buying intent and engagement.
- Collaborate with RevOps and Sales to define lead management processes, routing logic, and SLA frameworks.
- Maintain data integrity and bi-directional data flow between Marketo and Salesforce.
- Leverage intent and enrichment data from platforms like 6sense and ZoomInfo to enhance lead quality.
- Develop reporting and dashboards to provide visibility into funnel velocity, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in marketing operations or revenue operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Deep, hands-on expertise in Marketo Engage and advanced proficiency in Salesforce CRM.
- Proven track record of building effective partnerships with Sales and Revenue Operations teams.
- Experience with LeanData, marketing attribution platforms, and data enrichment tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex funnel and pipeline data.
- Ability to translate operational concepts into business narratives for senior leadership.
