Senior Marketing Operations Manager (SaaS): Serving as the operational backbone of the marketing engine by managing lead infrastructure, scoring models, and cross-functional alignment with Sales and Revenue Operations. Focus on evolving the Marketo practice, optimizing data-driven funnel performance, and building scalable systems to drive commercial growth.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Oakville, Toronto, or Waterloo, Ontario (Hybrid)

Salary: $104,000–$130,000 CAD

What you will do

  • Partner with the Senior Marketing Automation Manager to shape Marketo strategy, roadmap, and governance.
  • Design and optimize lead scoring models to accurately reflect buying intent and engagement.
  • Collaborate with RevOps and Sales to define lead management processes, routing logic, and SLA frameworks.
  • Maintain data integrity and bi-directional data flow between Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Leverage intent and enrichment data from platforms like 6sense and ZoomInfo to enhance lead quality.
  • Develop reporting and dashboards to provide visibility into funnel velocity, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing operations or revenue operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Deep, hands-on expertise in Marketo Engage and advanced proficiency in Salesforce CRM.
  • Proven track record of building effective partnerships with Sales and Revenue Operations teams.
  • Experience with LeanData, marketing attribution platforms, and data enrichment tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex funnel and pipeline data.
  • Ability to translate operational concepts into business narratives for senior leadership.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with AI tools to improve lead management and RevOps workflows.
  • Familiarity with multi-touch attribution models.
