What you will do

• Analyze business ideas, product initiatives, and requests from internal stakeholders.
• Define user flows, product logic, and system dependencies across modules.
• Create detailed specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for design, development, and QA teams.
• Manage the full task lifecycle in Jira from discovery through to release and feedback.
• Utilize AI tools to analyze requirements, identify weak spots, and accelerate team execution.
• Promote a spec-driven development approach by defining expected behavior before implementation.

Requirements

• Experience as a Project Manager, System Analyst, or Delivery Manager within a product IT environment.
• Ability to decompose complex ideas and ambiguous requests into structured, executable tasks.
• Proficiency with Jira and documentation tools such as Confluence or Notion.
• Basic understanding of web architectures, including frontend, backend, APIs, and system constraints.
• Strong systems thinking and decomposition skills.
• Active usage of AI tools for analyzing requirements and preparing specifications.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B SaaS and complex multi-module products.
• Background in QA, test design, or product analytics.
• Experience working with international markets and distributed teams.
• Exposure to UX and product metrics.
