What you will do

• Coordinate cross-functional work across Marketing, CRM, and Product teams to ensure priorities stay on track.
• Manage the meeting rhythm, including planning sessions, retrospectives, and follow-up actions.
• Identify process inefficiencies and document new, optimized ways of working across multiple brands.
• Configure Jira workflows and build dashboards to drive best practices across teams.
• Automate routine reporting, communications, and dashboards using AI and no-code tools.
• Translate recommendations from external experts into practical day-to-day operational solutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in Europe.
• 2–4 years of experience in a coordinator, project, or operations role across multiple teams.
• Solid experience with Jira and Confluence, specifically in configuring workflows and dashboards.
• Proficiency in using AI tools in daily professional work.
• Hands-on experience with at least one no-code automation tool.
