Finance Manager - Global Banking Software

What you will do

• Support the Global Banking sales organization for software subscriptions and work closely with finance and software sales leadership.
• Review monthly software financial results and prepare ad hoc reports and management analysis.
• Consolidate the global software subscription revenue forecast and highlight potential risks and upsides.
• Review regional finance operations, including subscription revenue reconciliation, contract review, billing, and data management.
• Develop business metrics, KPI dashboards, and recurring reports, while customizing reporting for specific business requests.
• Analyze trends, identify outliers, recommend improvements, resolve customer-related issues, and deliver work on schedule.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with database management and the ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.
• English required, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong ownership, analytical ability, customer focus, execution skills, and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Tableau user or publisher experience.
• Experience with Oracle, Quotebuilder, Invoice Engine, Service Order Management Workflow Tool, Customer Search Tool, or APOC Tool.
• Experience with Business Objects, SQL, or Essbase.
• Adaptability, a results-oriented approach, and strong teamwork skills.
