Revenue Manager (Fintech)

Location: Enact Headquarters, Raleigh, North Carolina — hybrid schedule with in-office days on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

What you will do

• Lead revenue analysis, forecasting, reporting, and communication for quarterly earnings, management reporting, and strategic planning.
• Identify revenue performance drivers and translate complex financial results into actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Assess the impact of pricing initiatives, new insurance written, portfolio performance, investment strategy, returns, cash balances, earnings, and capital planning.
• Partner with Investor Relations on earnings materials, external communications, and analysis of business performance trends.
• Enhance forecasting methodologies, performance monitoring tools, financial models, scenario analysis, and reporting capabilities.
• Modernize revenue reporting through scalable Tableau dashboards, advanced analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, accounting, strategic finance, or related analytical roles.
• Understanding of mortgage banking, mortgage insurance products, operations, and key financial drivers.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with experience using Tableau and Power BI.
• Ability to collaborate across Pricing, Risk, Accounting, Investor Relations, and other matrixed business functions.

Nice to have

• MBA, MS Finance, MS Analytics, or another advanced degree.
• CPA, CFA, CMA, or a similar professional certification.
• Experience with public company earnings, investor relations, executive financial communications, or enterprise financial models.
• Experience leading reporting modernization, automation, analytics transformation, or AI-enabled data initiatives.
