What you will do

• Serve as a strategic partner for financial steering and performance management.
• Deliver high-quality financial analyses and forward-looking recommendations to senior leadership.
• Lead complex projects to drive transparency, accountability, and value creation.
• Optimize and stabilize controlling processes to enhance efficiency and data integrity.
• Own the planning and reporting cycles, including significant parts of the P&L month-end closing.
• Develop complex financial models to support the controlling team's success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Controlling, or Business Administration.
• 2-3 years of professional experience in controlling, preferably in project or business controlling.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both German and English.
• Must be based in Munich to ensure collaboration in the local office.
