Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Controlling, or Business Administration.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in controlling.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Proficiency in both German and English.
• Proven track record in transforming complex data into practical insights.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
